Corey Williams
General Manager
Corey joined the Legacy Vacations team as General Manager in February of 2021. In this role, Corey is the company’s direction setter, the chief fire starter (figuratively, of course) and occasionally the firefighter. He started in the vacation rental industry in 1999 as a seasonal guest services representative and spent the next 23 years filling various roles in each department of the business (think cleaning toilets, changing light bulbs, marketing and website development, revenue management and of course, owner and guest relations).
Above all else, Corey values honesty and integrity and endeavors to ensure these traits are at the core of the Legacy Vacations brand, every day. Being a bit of finicky consumer of goods and services himself, he strives to reduce the usual pain points consumers often encounter in today’s marketplace by styling and molding Legacy Vacations into a company that he would want to do business with.
When he is away from the office, Corey spends his free time with his wife, Lovelyn, and their two rambunctious pups- Cooper the Goldendoodle and Piper the Labradoodle (only one of which was his idea, but both of which he’s grown to love!). And when it’s time for a break from the house, you’ll usually find him playing golf or fishing.
Sara White
Director of Property Services
Sara joined the Legacy Vacations team in February of 2022 as the Director of Property Services. In her role, Sara is known as the Service Ninja, the Queen of linen land, and occasionally the mop, bucket, broom, or vacuum (depending on the need)! She got her start in the industry in 2012 as a housekeeper and progressed through the ranks, fulfilling each of the various roles in the housekeeping field along her way to ultimate role of housekeeping manager, a role she’s excelled in for the last several years.
Sara values determination, punctuality, and consistency and she works tirelessly to motivate her teams to produce top level results, on time, every time. Her proactive nature along with her GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude are hallmarks of Legacy Vacation property services division.
When Sara is away from the office (and the laundry and the units), you can usually find her at the beach, being Grammy to her 3 grandchildren, or spending a day relaxing with her family and cat.
Ron Webber
Director of Sales & Marketing
Ron was drafted to the Legacy Vacations team by his son Aaron (who happens to be the guy that signs the front of the checks) in 2014. Aside from being the elder statesman of the team, Ron is both the schmoozer-in-chief and a trusted voice of reason. Prior to his first retirement (and the subsequent wooing from it), Ron had his own sales business in the tech sector following a long run as sales and marketing savant for a leading technology company supporting the oil distribution industry. In short, Ron has been convincing people to buy things for most of his adult life!
Ron brings a unique recipe to the Legacy Vacations sales and marketing processes combining his warm sense of humor and affability with a red-hot competitive fire to achieve results. His positive energy and his love of serving others shine through every interaction he has with owners, guests, and team members alike. Indeed, Ron is the type of guy to make you feel right at home, whether you are a first-time visitor or a life-long repeat guest.
When Ron isn’t helping guests book their perfect vacation rental, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dianna, their beloved dog Eli and any combination of their 5 sons, 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Angela “Angie” Gulbrandson
Director of Rental Management
Angie is the newest addition to the Legacy Vacations team, hopping aboard in February of 2023 as our Director of Rental Management. But don’t let her recent arrival fool you…she’s no rookie! In her role as the director, she is the hub at the center of it all – owner relations, guest services, lead inspector…heck, you name it, there’s a good chance she does it! She’s been in the vacation rental industry for 6+ years filling various roles ranging from Warehouse Operations Manager to Owner Relations to Property Manager.
Given her role as the hub of our operation, it’s no surprise that many of her core values are also part of Legacy’s core values – honesty, respect, teamwork, compassion and strong work ethic to name a few! Angie is the chief GSD facilitator and is quick to jump in and help. She conducts her daily routines with a passion for delivering top-tier results for owners, guests, and teammates alike!
When Angie is away from the office, there’s no place she’d rather be than the boating around our little slice of paradise…. except maybe hanging out with her children and grandchildren, crafting and spending quality time.
