Check-In, Arrival, Departure
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4pm and Check-out is 10am.
How do I get specific information about my rental unit and/or complex?
Easy! 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email inviting you to log in to our guest portal. The guest portal will provide you with helpful packing tips + all the pertinent information about the location and unit you will need for your stay.
How do I get check in/get access to my unit?
On your day of arrival and once your unit has been cleared by our service teams, we will text and email you the door code for your stay. Once you receive this code, you can proceed to your assigned unit.
Can I check in early if I arrive before my scheduled check-in time?
Unfortunately, during peak periods we are unable to accommodate early check-in requests. However, unlike some of our competitors, we do not hold units until 4pm. We will send you the door code the moment our service teams give the “all clear” for your unit. In most cases, you are able to access the pool and/or beach at your respective property prior to receiving your door code. If you are staying a property that requires wristbands (Azure, Waterscape, Destin West), you will need to make arrangements with our office if you plan to arrive early and use the facilities prior to getting access to your unit.
Can I get arrange for late checkout?
Late checkouts are possible and are decided on a case by case basis. If the unit has a scheduled arrival on your day of departure, we will be unable to honor a late checkout request.
Are there any fees/costs due at check-in?
No! The rate you agreed to at the time of booking includes ALL taxes and fees. There are no additional costs or hidden fees.
Why do I have a charge from an entity other than Legacy Vacations?
Some 3rd party booking sites, like VRBO, charge a fee to guests using their platform to book a reservation. They collect that fee directly from you.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at any property.
Are Service Animals allowed?

It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure compliance with all established rules and regulations pertaining to Service Animals.
