Please note: When reserving on-line, your reservation is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email from Legacy Vacations.

Some minimum night stays are required and we must review each reservation for valid parameters.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Minimum Age Requirements

The minimum age requirement to rent ANY unit Legacy Vacations is 25 years of age.

Deposit / Refund & Credit Policy

Deposit Policy: An initial deposit/advanced payment of $250 is due at the time of booking by major credit card. This amount will be applied to your reservation balance. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Optional travel insurance premiums are due at the time of booking. Legacy Vacations reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit or payment dates are not met.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to qualify for a refund (less the booking fee). Cancellations inside of 30 days of arrival will result in a loss of funds paid. This can be avoided by choosing to purchase the optional Travel Insurance for your reservation.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be included with your reservation. Travel insurance is non-refundable once it has been purchased. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, as we are unable to vary from our cancellation policies.
Damage Waiver

Damage Waiver: The damage waiver fee is included in the total cost of all reservations. This fee varies by length of stay. This fee is not insurance. It protects you from incurring expenses related to accidental damage to your rental unit occurring during your stay provided that the damage is reported to management prior to departure.
What is included: Minor, accidental damage to your unit and its contents during your stay such as: scratches on the doors, floors or walls, broken glassware or small appliances, spills, stains and broken furniture. Each registered guest is protected by this wavier and will not be obligated to pay for reported instances of accidental damage to the unit or its contents up to $1000 per stay.
What is not included: Intentional or careless damage to your unit or its contents is not included. Your personal items are not covered. Damage discovered by management is not covered. ALL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO CHECKOUT. You are responsible for all damage to your rental unit and its contents occurring during your stay not covered by the damage waiver fee. Your credit card will be charged for any damage not covered by the damage waiver fee.

Check-In / Check-Out Information

Check-In: 4:00 p.m.

Check-in time is 4pm and we will do our best to ensure that your unit is ready at this time but please be advised that certain circumstances may prevent this from happening.

We proudly offer contactless check-in. You will receive your door code on or prior to arrival day. This door code will be active starting at 4pm and will remain active until 10am on checkout day.

Check-Out: 10:00 a.m.

On checkout day, guests are asked to put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher and to remove all trash from the unit. There is no need to strip beds, etc..

We appreciate you being courteous to the guests before and after you by honoring the check-in/check-out times. Late departure are subject to an additional nights charge unless a late checkout has been authorized by Legacy Vacations.

Housekeeping and Maintenance Services

Housekeeping Services: All our guests arrive to a clean vacation rental at the beginning of their stay and the unit is professionally cleaned upon departure. Legacy Vacations provides the following:
• Bed linens and towels (2 per person the unit sleeps).
o We do not provide beach/pool towels
• Starter set up of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath soap and dishwasher detergent. We only provide the initial set up and guests are responsible for additional supplies you may need.
Additional housekeeping services like mid-stay cleans, daily maid services, etc. are available at an additional charge.
Should you encounter any housekeeping issues during your stay, please promptly report these instances to Legacy Vacations. We will use all reasonable efforts to remedy the concerns as quickly as possible.
Maintenance Services: Should you have any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please promptly report these instances to Legacy Vacations. We will use all reasonable efforts to remedy the issue(s) as quickly as possible.
Miscellaneous Policies

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking/vaping in the units or on the balconies is prohibited. Smoking permitted in designated areas only. Violations of this policy will result in a $250 penalty charge to the credit card on file.
No Pets Please: Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets at any of our properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $350 penalty charge to the credit card on file.
Occupancy Limits: Each unit’s occupancy is capped at the number of people the unit’s bedding will accommodate. Over occupancy is grounds for eviction.
Parking Passes: If required, parking passes will be provided. These passes must be visibly displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times while on the resort property.
Pool Bands: If required, pool bands must be worn by all persons over the age of 12. If you lose or break a reusable pool band there will be a $10 replacement charge.

Marketing and Communications Permissions:

Your email will be used to send periodic newsletters, promotions, and other information relating to marketing and communications. At any time, you may unsubscribe from these communications using the link at the bottom of emails or contact us directly.
