This was one of the best rentals ever and we have rented vacation properties all over the U.S. The location is perfect for the beach and gulf. Legacy Vacations, Inc. was fantastic. The condo was especially clean and I am very picky. It is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation with Legacy Vacations at Summer Place. We rented two units and from the time of booking through the time we departed we received wonderful treatment. Everything was so easy to do, the management was very responsive and communicative and just super helpful and friendly. The text alerts when the units were ready (well before 4pm!) made that part easy too. Our unit was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. The chair/umbrella beach service was also great. I truly don’t have one bad thing to say – this was probably the best experience we’ve ever had with a vacation rental from a customer service experience and we vacation frequently.

The easiest rental ever! Communication was top notch! Island Princess property was one of the cleanest we have ever encountered and the condo was superb! Comfortable beds, couch and balcony chairs. We will definitely book with Legacy Vacations at Island Princess again!

We had a GREAT experience! The condo was extremely clean and well kept. Everything was exactly as described. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location made for a quiet experience as well. One night, the thermostat stopped working and it was fixed within 2 hours. Great service and experience! Would stay again and recommend Legacy Vacations!
