The dining area offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and a beautifully updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two full beds, while the third bedroom offers twin-over-twin bunk beds that are perfect for kids. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.

"Unit 604 is beautifully decorated and all brand new and very clean. The beds are comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen is adequately stocked if you like to cook during your stay. The unit is on the top floor and views are spectacular. There are two large pools with plenty of room for the kids to play and also adults to leisurely enjoy pool time. The grounds at Summer Place are also well maintained. We encountered absolutely no negative issues during our stay. Legacy Vacations has excellent communication and provided seamless transition from booking through check-out. You will not be disappointed with Legacy Vacations or Summer Place Unit 604.

"We had a wonderful time in 604! The unit was very clean, everything was updated and decor was tastefully beachy. We had no issues at all with our unit and we really enjoyed our time spent there. The summer place itself was well taken care of, the maintenance crew was always working and keeping things tidy. The pools were clean and wonderful. There is a communal pool/sand toy box that we were able to leave some sand toys and some pool noodles that we wouldn’t bring back on our flight home. The kids loved spotting the “house” cats, Bonnie, Clyde, and Dog. They were so cute! The unit was very well stocked and we were able to use the pack n play available, it is nice and clean (we brought our own waterproof sheets for the pack n play). The coffee pot was overly complicated for what it needed to do, but we figured it out eventually! Our only issue was with the beach chairs. We let the set up guy know that we were there for a week in 604 and that we’d like the beach chairs set up each day for us. Every single day we’d have to ask him to set up, and when I asked why others were set up and reserved but ours couldn’t be, he said it’s first come first serve... despite me watching him set up the chairs with a reserved tag every morning and no one coming down to ask him to reserve those for them. It was just really frustrating that almost every set was taken and we ended up in the back row multiple days, despite the reserved chairs being unused. Despite the chair issue, once they were set up for us it was nice to have them for the day!

Overall we had a wonderful time!

"We have been coming down to the Destin/Ft. Walton area for over 20 years. For the last 15 years we have been staying on Okaloosa Island and most of the time we have stayed at Summer Place. Condo 604 is by far the best condo we have used. It is beautifully decorated, it has the most fully stocked kitchen, a large TV in each of the rooms, and great balcony furniture. It was a first time visit for our brother and sister-in-law and they could not get over how nice the condo is. Having 2 times the beach service was an added bonus.

"We were very satisfied with our condo. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the pantry had plenty of room for all of our food and snacks. The view was amazing. We got to watch dolphins out the window each day. on the first day our showers were not working properly and had no water pressure. We talked to the people downstairs and within minutes someone was there and fixed the problem. The decor was very well done and calming. The location of this condo is well placed. We visited Destin and went all around Fort Walton and Okaloosa Island. There are restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite is old bay steamer. We spent quite a bit of time in the ocean and the pool. The beach is right outside of the pool area. One of the reasons we first looked at this unit was because it had four chairs and two umbrellas that come with it every day. With four of us staying at the unit, we did not want to have to pay for extra chairs each day that we went to the beach, this was a great place to just get away and relax and have a wonderful vacation.

Just what we needed.

"We enjoyed our stay. We only had a couple snags. The showers did not have water pressure. We spoke to the person downstairs and within minutes it was taken care of by maintenance. The view was amazing. We watched Dolphins out our window and we were above the pool but far enough, that the noise from the pool Was not an Issue. We are now looking into a unit with four bedrooms so that we can take our grandkids with us next time. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were so happy to have a clean organized well-maintained Beautiful condo to stay in.

"We loved our visit to Okaloosa Island and our stay in Summer Place 604!

The view was INCREDIBLE, pools were perfect, beach access convenient, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas a huge plus! We loved being on the 6th floor so that it felt more private and up away from the pool noise.

We brought our family of 4 and the grandparents. The master suite was perfect for grandparents that expect a modern and comfortable hotel-like experience. The bathroom was beautiful and top notch! What a beautiful ocean view!! There is a sliding door from the master suite onto the 1 balcony. This meant the grandparents could be in their suite or balcony without going through the main room. Then if you wanted to be together just open the door to the main living space or join them on the balcony.

The two Queen suite was great with the attached door to the 2nd bathroom. Our kids loved the bunk room!!

The kitchen was so well stocked with any dishes, small electric appliances, or utensils you could want!

The property description is accurate. The condo is updated, tastefully decorated, clean and well-maintained! We hope to come back here in the future and would definitely recommend this condo and building to friends!

For planning purposes - Summer Place 604 provides the bath and kitchen towels. You bring your own beach towels.
You will want to bring (or buy) laundry soap/dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, and salt/pepper.
We ran out of TP but Legacy gave us more. Only improvements would be black out curtains on the 2nd/3rd rooms and TP holders.
There was a pack and play crib in the master closet and a few baby spoons / forks and plenty of plastic plates.

We loved being in a condo ON the beach, easy access with a code on the door knob (no digging for keys), walking distance to restaurants, 5 minute drive to the grocery store, walking distance to the Gulfarium, pier, and boardwalk! A highlight of the trip was fireworks on Wed

"I’m so impressed with this place. We go to Destin area every year. When we arrived we were able to get to the property and find parking easily. They provide carts for your luggage right inside the doors next to the elevator which is really helpful. The apartment had a large and private balcony overlooking the (super clean) pool and gorgeous ocean. The apartment itself was impeccably decorated and spotless. We never even heard any other people through the walls. It felt very much like a home away from home. Super happy!

"We had a girls trip of 5 and one child. The condo had comfortable room for all of us and maybe one child but to stretch it to 10 is would be unacceptable. The condo was SO nice in every regard. The facility was clean, polite and beach rentals such an added perk. It is nice that the beach space has fewer people than other condos Near by. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. "This condo was the best we've stayed in during our trips to Fort Walton. It was designed beautifully and was immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The only small detail we would change is the bed in the master bedroom. There was definitely a "sinking" spot that lead to a restless night's sleep. This would by no means change our review or possibility for staying in this condo!

"Everything was perfect! Beautifully decorated condo and the view was amazing! Less crowded and more laid back than other nearby resorts. Parking was easy right in front of resort. "I have to give a huge shoutout to Angie and Corey atLegacy Vacations. I bought a fifth of Gentlemen Jack at Ft Jackson because it had the US Navy emblem etched on it. Somehow on the trip to Ft Walton Beach the bottle broke, I was so disappointed. I told Corey and Angie the story when we checked in Thursday. Today they asked me to come down to the front desk. They got me a handle of Gentleman Jack and Angie etched the US Navy emblem on it for me!!!! I can’t believe they did that for me!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
