This REMODELED beautiful 2-bedroom unit sleeps six and offers a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway--at a great price! Island Princess 614 offers a stunning sixth-floor beach view in a wonderful complex on Okaloosa Island. This home offers a king-sized bed in the master suite, which has direct access to the balcony and a full view of the emerald waters along the coast. The guest room also has its own bathroom and sleeps two with a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
We also manage three adjacent Island Princess condos (612, 613 and 615) if you need to plan for a large gathering or special event like a wedding, family reunion, or graduation celebration.
Beach Amenities: No Hidden Surprises!! Your stay includes two complimentary beach chairs & an umbrella provided by a professional service--a MUST for a relaxing stay at the beach. There's no better way to enjoy lounging in the sun and viewing the surf. (Seasonal service available daily March through October.)

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was gorgeous! Extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches, breathtaking views, well equipped kitchen, balcony had plenty of seating, covered parking, and rental included two beach chairs and umbrella service daily. We loved our time at the condo and hope to book again!

Overall a great experience!

Positives:
Updated Decor, appliances, cabinets/countertops, etc.
Beach Service stood out as excellent to me. The guys out there were very helpful to everyone at the beach.
Related, walk distance to the Gulf was perfect. Not an enormous trek to get to your spot.
Property management folks were incredibly responsive any time I had a question, and answered TEXTS! No need to call.

Negatives:
This unit is right outside an elevator, which means you'll experience a little more noise than with other units.
And speaking of...the elevators had several hiccups throughout the week in terms of actually working. Very brief outages, but outages all the same.
This unit also does not have its own assigned parking space, so your vehicle is parked outside during your stay. A minor inconvenience to be sure, but worth disclosing.

Again, overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

"Was pleasantly surprised with the condo. Seems updated. Great view of the beach. Is located in front of a non-central elevator, which does make it easier to get to the beach. Did come with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Plan to stay again.

"We had a great rental experience. The room was ready slightly earlier than promised and we were able to go right in, using our code. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The one time I needed to contact Legacy (the broom was missing from our unit), they responded right away. We would definitely stay in this unit, complex and rent with Legacy again.

"The condo was nice, we had an issue with the TV and needed pillows for the sofa bed and these were done immediately. The only issue we had was the master bedroom never got really cool, even with the door open. We had a great time in the unit and very spacious.

Beautiful Beach Escape

"This was our third time staying at this condo and we absolutely love it! The condo is clean and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. We had two small issues with the cable box and electric (storms were in the are) and Legacy was prompt at answering my calls and sending someone out to fix it. They ended up being building electric issues and Cox media issues they had no control over (no fault of Legacy or the condo itself). Our kids love the condo and everyone had a great time! We highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back.
