Response from Legacy Vacations:
Thanks for the feedback,Phil. Glad to hear that the room was clean upon your given that you warned us you normally have to bring your own cleaning supplies when renting from other companies! And thanks for the information about the beds..we'll have someone investigate both immediately. Apologies about the struggles with hot water. It can be a bit of an adjustment for folks with tankless/on demand hot water to adjust back to tanked water, like we have in all the units. For clarity, our team didn't "blame" simply explained the math on a 50 gallon water heater and a 2-gallon-per-minute shower flow rate, approximate usage rates before a noticeable difference, etc. You're convinced there's an issue and our professional plumber disagrees. Sorry we couldn't get on the same page with it. Thanks again for the feedback, Phil.
