**** There will be ongoing building construction at this location between 11/1/2024 – 3/21/2025. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Currently, the west pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/10/2024 to 11/23/2024 and from 12/25/24 to 1/21/25. The east pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/25/24 to 12/6/24 and from 2/14/25 to 3/11/25. ****

"Walkable to several restaurants, shopping at the boardwalk and pier, this beachside condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, well kept and the manager was great. We had an issue with a washing machine and both times they came to fix it quickly and even offered to send out our laundry until they could get it fixed long term. The pool was clean and everything was just wonderful. Loved having access to an umbrella and chairs on the beach too! Best experience we have had in a long time. Great to split with another small family/friend group!

"My family came for Christmas vacation. It was comfortable, great location and views. We enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool. We had some internet issues and the manger was prompt in responding and resolving the issue. Mattresses were are in need of updating. Overall was great.

"We really enjoyed our stay there, the place was clean and had most everything that we needed. I would recommend providing oven mitts as I searched the kitchen multiple times and could never find an oven mitt, as well as a cookie sheet would be helpful. The iron should also probably be replaced as when we brought it out to use the cord is broken and has only one prong. But aside from all of that, it was a great place to stay. Wonderful views easy access to the beach. We really loved our time there.

"Our family of 2 adults, 6 children stayed and had a great time! It was nice that there are plenty of beds in this unit! Everything was clean and comfy. Master bed was comfortable! We loved the large balcony and great view from it. The beach was beautiful and heated pool and hot tub were perfect for spring break. The only thing the unit was lacking was a pancake flipper and a grill flipper! It had everything else we needed/wanted! It was handy that there were beach toys for the kids including boogie boards in the unit. We also used some of the books/games that they kept for guests, which was nice. This whole beach has a very family-friendly atmosphere.

"rental was clean and a great location. Layout was good. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Only small complaint the mattresses in the bunks we're very comfortable...felt like a box spring. But aside from that really liked it and would book there again!

"Summer Place Condos is wonderful. This unit was very nice. My only negative was the master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There are 2 large dips/depressions in the mattress that made it feel like sleeping in a hole that was hard to get out of. Would highly recommend replacing the mattress

"The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the decor was very cute. The balcony overlooked the pool area which made it easy to see the kids swimming. We loved that the pool was on the beach side and not in a parking lot. We would definitely stay here again!

"It was super easy to check in, everything was clean and fresh. The only issue at all that we had was an owner's dog barking when they would leave. It was a bigger dog, so the barking was annoying at times. But, overall a great condo.
