Summer Place #109 is a 1st floor beachfront unit. Open the patio door and you are steps from the hot tub, pool or white sand and waves! No need for a parking garage or elevators with this unit. Park right in front of the unit, enter with your digital lock code and start your vacation. It is very convenient when you are lounging at the beach or pool and want to grab something from the unit! You can also sit on the patio and keep an eye on the kids at the pool! Or walk out your patio door to the grill and picnic area which is just a few steps away!

Floor to ceiling patio doors in both the master suite and the living room lead to your own private patio. Summer Place #109 features four spacious bedrooms and sleeps nine comfortably with a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a double bed in the 3rd bedroom and a double/twin bunk in the 4th bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances along with a breakfast bar provided with all the conveniences of home. The living room has ample seating and a large flat screen TV. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The master bath has a whirlpool tub with separate walk-in shower. Free WIFI throughout the condo! Luxury and elegance create the charm of Summer Place Condominium. Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Okaloosa Island, Summer Place has quickly become a family favorite destination. Enjoy the two outdoor pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub, 2 sets seasonal beach service (2 umbrellas, 4 chairs set up for you daily – March – October) and well-equipped fitness room during your family beach vacation. "This is our 2nd time to stay in this unit. We love it! Ground floor is wonderful for our small grandkids and so convenient. We plan to stay again next year if available. The weather was perfect which was an added bonus! One of the dining chairs had a loose leg. The place was clean and ready for us. Hope to stay again.

"Everything was great. Condo was clean and family friendly first floor unit. Nice the owners had 4 chair set ups.
A lot of people may not prefer first floor but w small children great can tonight pool w them and makes easier getting to beach w all stuff.

"We loved this condo!! The location was great, first floor right next the the pool and grills with access to the beach, but off to the side so it felt more private than other condos in the complex. The decor was homey and had all appliances we needed. The only issue we had was there was no working cable at the time, but we brought an amazon fire stick so we were still able to watch TV via streaming!

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay at Summer Place 109. The unit was clean. This was our first time staying in a ground floor unit, and it was incredibly convenient. No elevators! We parked right outside our front door which was very nice. We discovered that our coffee maker was not functional the first morning we were there, and Sarah with Legacy Vacation responded so quickly and showed up with a brand new coffee maker that morning. She also responded quickly as our tub was missing a drain plug, and she delivered that as well. I was very pleased with her customer service. This is noteworthy as it seems that good customer service is impossible to come by these days.
The only downside to the stay was that the "heated" pool was very chilly. The outside temperatures were in the mid 80s all week, and it was still really cold to swim in the pool. However, I understand that it is expensive to heat a pool.

"This rental is great for families with small children. Just a gate away to the pool, 2 gates away to the beach and 2 gates away to the grass/grilling area. Many restaurants within walking distance. Condo was beautiful!

"I really liked this condo. Being at the bottom floor worked out perfectly especially with a little one. I didnt have to worry about him falling off the patio and we had direct access into the parking lot for easy loading and unloading. Though we were at the first floor, we could still see the ocean, which was a huge plus.

"We had a great time. The condo needs a little attention. Broken kitchen trash can, vacuum broken, no hair dryers at all, no dust pan for sweeping, frying pan not usuable, cigarette butts outside front door and on side of patio. Stained carpet,needs some painting done, and wifi very spotty. With that said we love Summerplace. These issues were just an inconvenience nothing that ruined our trip. The owners of this unit just needs to do a walk through and see for themselves.
