Located beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, Sea Dunes offers direct beach access and great ocean views from nearly anywhere in the complex. Although most guests enjoy digging their toes in the sand and swimming the clear emerald waters every day, there’s plenty more to do in the area. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, you have Destin nearby and plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.

All guests at Sea Dunes enjoy a private boardwalk directly to the beach, free beach service (including beach chairs and umbrella), a community swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ grills, and covered parking.

While each beachfront condo is uniquely designed and decorated, they all offer the same great amenities.
